They make up rules just to charge you more fees. Many fees they charge you only see AFTER you sign the lease, and they just take them from the blue skies. The apartment complex is in very poor shape, dirty stairs, noisy decades old HVAC units, poor heat insulation, overflowing garbage collectors, appliances are below even builder grade, toxic odors in units. Unfortunately they can get way with all this because the state of PA does not enforce any tenant rights, it's the worst state to be a tenant.

STAY AWAY
Terrible experience applying here. Connor said I'd get my money back no matter what happened and I did not. I changed my mind after seeing reviews and speaking with current residents AND previous residents and was told do not move here. Once I changed my mind they refused to give my money back even though it was like only a week after I applied. They had 2 months before my "move in date" to keep the unit online. Just such a ridiculous establishment. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

The holding deposit is used to take the unit off the market and lock in the rental rate for you. As stated in the application, if an applicant is approved and chooses to cancel after the allotted time frame, the deposit is forfeited; this is because the unit was held specifically for them and to maintain fairness for all applicants.

Don't Move here unless you want all your things ruined
do not move here - for months I've had black dust coming from somewhere? had to have my apartment repainted, get new furniture and even go to the doctor because I had black mucus coming out of my nose. Everything seemed OK for a couple of days. Then the black dust started reappearing.. Corporate and tenant relations refuse to reach out to me, I've tried to email any name I can find online nobody's responsive other than leasing office to tell me that they don't have an answer from corporate. Now my only option is to bring in a lawyer in the township. all my belongings are getting ruined, It's getting on my food and even in my freezer now, I have to keep anything I put in the fridge or freezer and a Ziploc bag to prevent the dust from getting in. I have to keep my toothbrush and personal hygiene. Things wrapped up in cases or Ziploc bags as well.
The amenities don't work the treadmills have been broken for the last two years the grills outside the fire pits never turn on, tried them over the weekend.
There's trash everywhere
My bathtub was peeling and repainted. I had to leave my home for two days because of the toxic smell. It wasn't safe to be in here and it's already peeling again.
The grass is so high, despite paying a residential fee and an environmental fee, which is supposed to take care of that ..
Very disappointing to pay as much as we do and our only option is to leave reviews to get attention to our issues

Our team has already completed a preventive maintenance inspection, and based on the findings, the issue does not appear to be related to the ductwork. That said, we absolutely recognize your concerns and have scheduled an additional inspection with a professional company this Friday to take a second look.
You’ve been informed of this upcoming appointment, and we remain committed to staying in touch and working toward a resolution.
Regarding some of the other issues you mentioned, we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. The treadmills are currently undergoing repairs, and we’ll notify residents as soon as they are fully operational again.

terrible experience applying here!
At first glance - looks like a great place. Red Flag #1 - We scheduled a tour online and received multiple confirmations and reminders about it. On the day of the tour they completely ghosted us. Red flag #2- they charge a $500 non-refundable fee just to apply and whether or not you decide to live there, your application gets accepted, rejected, etc., you do not get it back. Red Flag #3- Despite being ghosted and the fee, we put an application in anyway. We did not hear anything from them for four days. I called and they told us we needed to submit materials we had already submitted in the application. We attempted to attach this information in a response email and kept getting an automated response saying delivery failed. Red Flag #4 - I tried to call to amend this and kept getting placed on hold time and time again. At this point, we decided to cancel our application. Red Flag #5 - We let them know we were no longer interested and shortly after getting off the phone with them, they sent an email saying we had been rejected from the apartment, even though we had actually cancelled the application ourselves.
I dove deeper into reviews online and feel SO RELIEVED we did not go through with our application. Dodged a HUGE bullet!!

Worst customer service I have experienced
All I have been trying to do is inquire about an apartment. I currently live out of state and I have called multiple times and was told “someone will get back to me” I’m done trying to give them MY business. How hard is it to help someone out?
